Ohio Security & Fire Alarm Association

July President's Message

Dear OSFAA Members & Colleagues,

As we move into the second half of the year, I remain energized by the engagement and enthusiasm of our OSFAA membership. Our association is built on the relationships we create, the knowledge we share, and the opportunities we provide to strengthen Ohio's security and fire alarm industry. The months ahead offer several great opportunities to connect, and I hope you will make plans to join us.

Our Q3 calendar begins with the OSFAA Clay Shoot on September 9th at Eagle's Nest Sporting Clays which is one of our favorite events of the year!

Whether you are an experienced shooter or participating for the first time, the Clay Shoot is a fantastic opportunity to spend time with fellow members, customers, and industry partners in a relaxed setting while building relationships that extend far beyond the range.

The following day, September 10th, we are proud to serve as a Gold Sponsor of the PDK ProConnect event. This educational event provides another excellent opportunity to learn about emerging technologies, hear from industry experts, and connect with professionals who are helping shape the future of our industry. We are excited to partner with PDK on this event to make the most of 2 back-to-back days in September for our members and I encourage you to take advantage of all that ProConnect has to offer.

Looking ahead to Q4, be sure to save the date for our Annual Meeting on November 12th at Topgolf in Columbus. Our Annual Meeting is always one of the highlights of the year, bringing together members from across the state to celebrate our accomplishments, discuss the association's future, and enjoy an afternoon of networking and fun. Topgolf provides the perfect setting to reconnect with colleagues, welcome new members, and strengthen the relationships that make OSFAA such a valuable organization.

As always, none of these events would be possible without the continued support of our members, sponsors, and dedicated Board Members. Your participation is what makes our association successful, and I encourage you to take advantage of every opportunity to get involved during the remainder of the year.

I look forward to seeing many of you in September at Eagle's Nest Sporting Clays and PDK ProConnect, and again in November for our Annual Meeting at Topgolf. Thank you for your continued support of OSFAA!

Best,

Keri-Ann Kalavity
President, OSFAA
